Description: The evaluation of teaching is a critical element in tenure, continuing status, and promotion reviews. Led by the Centre of Teaching Support & Innovation (CTSI), this is a substantive session on the evaluation of teaching effectiveness that will help those engaged in these reviews to conduct their work in a fair and robust way.
Who should attend: Chairs, Directors, Associate Chairs Vice/Associate Deans, faculty serving on committees

Building the Momentum: Finding Your Post-Tenure Pathway
Description: Thinking about next steps after tenure? This session, intended for associate rank faculty in the tenure stream, is a conversation about post-tenure pathways. A panel of experienced faculty members will discuss how they have managed their careers after achieving tenure. This session will be moderated by Vice Provost, Faculty & Academic Life, Heather Boon. A light lunch will be served.
Who should attend: Faculty members 0-6 years post-tenure
