This memo provide details concerning the arbitration award regarding Across-the-Board (ATB) salary increases for faculty members and librarians, with important information concerning the retroactive payment of the July 1, 2025 ATB increase and how this should be implemented.
July 1, 2025 Across-the-Board Increase (ATB) for Faculty Members and Librarians (Jan 23, 2026)
We have now received the arbitration award that provides for a 2.5% ATB increase retroactive to July 1, 2025. The award is available here. This retroactive increase, including the required adjustments to all overload stipends, will be processed in the March 2026 monthly pay run.

The Provost’s Leadership Academy identifies, engages, and supports mid-career faculty members in the tenure stream and teaching stream with interests and capacities for future University leadership. Applications for the 2026 Provost’s Leadership Academy cohort are now being accepted. The deadline to apply is October 31.
