This session is for faculty ages 54-72 who are thinking about retirement, who have entered phased retirement, and who have submitted their Notice of Intention to retire.

This session, for faculty thinking about retirement, is an opportunity to engage in a discussion about the financial elements relevant to this next stage in the academic career. Co-led by the Director of Pensions, Benefits, and Payroll and representatives of the University Pension Plan, this session will provide an overview of the University’s Phased Retirement Program, the UPP as well as retiree benefits. Lunch will be provided.

Date: April 18, 12-2pm

Format: This is an in-person session with the option for individuals to join virtually. If you would prefer to join virtually, please register on the Retirement Session – Synchronous and Asynchronous Online Participation event page. A recording of the session (without the Q&A) will be made available to all registrants.
