Recruitment & Hiring – for AAAs and Staff (Online)

FreeA unit’s ability to hire the best possible candidates for academic positions depends on effective management of the recruitment process. This session, for Chairs, Directors, Single Department Faculty Deans and supporting staff, is intended to provide detailed information about the following topics that are critical to the success of this process:
- Recruitment plan
- Job ads
- Immigration considerations
- Appointment files
- Search reports
We recommend that AAAs register with the staff member who supports recruitment and hiring in their unit.
Please note: The registration confirmation email will be sent only to the person registering; however, all registered attendees will receive the Zoom link and all relevant materials a day or two prior to the session. The session will not be recorded.
